With over 90% of its volume being wood powder (wood is light, so it has a specific gravity of over 51%), it can be treated as a "wood product" despite being injection molded. ■We independently developed injection molding technology for wood plastic and established mass production technology in the late 2010s. We quickly succeeded in the practical application and mass production of injection molding, which was considered difficult due to fluidity issues in existing wood plastics. ■Founded in 1946, our products are produced in high-quality domestic factories in Japan, making MIRAIWOOD a plant-based environmental material originating from Japan.
